Platinum Properties in 2001, in his hometown of Del Mar, to address the need for a full-service concierge agency that would match the high-end level homes offered in San Diego. Brett has strong roots in North County. He was born in Toronto and moved to San Diego at a young age. He now lives in Solana Beach with his wife and three sons. Born and raised in Encinitas, CA, Nick Condos is a local expert. While studying at the prestigious 'The New School' in New York City, Condos worked as Marketing Director at a well known, luxury fashion magazine. Mary Mac’s approach when working with clients is to listen first, allowing her to truly understand client needs before working tirelessly to meet their real estate goals.  She always puts her clients first, which she feels is the best path to client satisfaction.

Prior to working in coastal San Diego, Mary Mac was a real estate agent in Los Angeles. Earlier in her career, she worked in commercial real estate in Austin, Texas and on the sales team for Ritz-Carlton luxury residences in Washington, D.C.

Mary  Mac has a degree in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. An East Coast native, she now lives in Del Mar with her husband, two young children and their rescue dog. As would be expected from a Tarheel, Mary Mac enjoys watching college basketball. A perfect day for her would start with a morning yoga class, followed by time at the beach and lunch with her family and finished off spending a beautiful summer afternoon with friends at the Del Mar Race Track.

Ingrid Siikov

Ingrid Siikov is a talented real estate professional whose vast experience spans the industry including commercial retail development and leasing, sales and marketing of high rise condominium developments and sales of coastal single family luxury homes. Her first project upon arriving in San Diego in 1985 was the iconic luxury high rise condominium downtown, Meridian as director of retail leasing.

Ingrid grew up and attended college in Toronto, where she connected with one of the premiere Canadian developers of luxury high rise condominiums, Vancouver-based Bosa Development, and she began working with them when they entered the U.S. market. Ingrid successfully sold out numerous projects in record time such as Marquee Park Place in Irvine (232 units), Legend in PETCO Park (178 units) and, most recently, Bayside on the Embarcadero (232 units).

Ingrid’s knowledge of the industry and her commitment to helping clients find the perfect property to meet their needs, has resulted in long-standing relationships and a great deal of referral business. She values each client relationship, and it is clear that she works in real estate because she knows and loves it.

Ingrid’s passion for real estate was contagious, and all three of her sons followed in her footsteps into the “family business.” Though she has reached many professional goals and received accolades for her work, her family is the accomplishment she is most proud of. Tanys Evangelisti specializes in luxury property management in Del Mar and other coastal communities. Tanys works with both property owners and tenants, using her 20 years of real estate experience to meet the needs of her highly sophisticated clientele.

Tanys goes above and beyond for every client – finding perfect vacation rental properties and serving as a concierge for P.S. Platinum | Compass tenants. She has traveled extensively, giving her a unique understanding of the needs that may arise when spending time away from home. In addition to partnering with tenants, Tanys works with owners of luxury vacation properties to manage their homes. She and her husband raised five children, so she has perfected the art of home management and puts these skills to great use, taking care of clients’ homes as if they were her own.

When she is not working, Tanys, a longtime Del Mar resident, might be found in a yoga studio or with her husband on her orange tandem kayak in the ocean near their home.

I interviewed a number of agents for the sale of my house and chose Brett because my sense was he was the most honest and straightforward of the agents I met.   • Brett Combs is a terrific agent. When first meeting, it was apparent he was most interested in strategically marketing our Del Mar home, not just listing it. His approach stood out and was reflected in the presentation of the home through “staging” recommendations, outstanding pictures and a narrated video which included a sweeping overhead panorama of where the house sat above the ocean in Del Mar. Brett created a standalone website for the home which allowed prospective buyers the opportunity to explore it in greater detail before they visited and review what they had seen after a visit.
